The crew at Corporate Realty Services in Hauppauge has orchestrated about 100,000 square feet of office and industrial transactions in the last few weeks.
Federation of Organizations bought an 18,000-square-foot office complex at 3390 Route 112 in Medford for $2.1 million. Corporate Realty Services’ John O’Hara and Leo Farrell brokered the sale. O’Hara also brokered a $1.52 million purchase of a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 3 Old Dock Road in Yaphank. Cables Unlimited bought the property from Pixel Group.
Robert S. Abrams Company paid $2.4 million for a 15,000-square-foot office building at 3033 Expressway Drive North in Islandia from AJJF Properties. Jim Riley of Corporate Realty Services and Michael Poch of CB Richard Ellis brokered the sale.
On the leasing side, Bridgehampton National Bank took 5,800 square feet for a bank and back office at the Moriches Business Park in Center Moriches. SSB Rentals leased a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 25 Old Dock Road in Yaphank from Harry and Carol Jenson. O’Hara and Farrell brokered both leases.
Best Brothers Fleet Service rented a 6,000 square foot building at 1400 Lincoln Avenue in Holbrook from Roll Properties. Corporate Realty Services’ Brian McGuire brokered the lease.
